1 General Introduction and Acceptance

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15x (you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount). Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and usage conditions.

There is an opportunity to advance to a higher tier based on active gaming activity. VIP benefits apply only to active members and hi7u may change the VIP program terms at any time.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Terms

The outcome of all games on hi7u is determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or a live environment. All games are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Once a bet has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

6.2 Technical Errors

hi7u reserves the right to void any abnormal results displayed due to a technical error or system failure. In such situations, the amount of the affected bet will generally be returned to the user's account.

6.3 Sports Betting

Specific rules apply to each event for cricket, football and other sports betting. If a match or tournament is cancelled or ends before the scheduled time, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable event rules.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hi7u platform:

• Any attempt to hack the platform's software or games or gain unfair advantages.
• Attempting to control betting outcomes by colluding with other players.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above activities, the account will be closed immediately and the related funds may be forfeited.

• If fraudulent activity is suspected.

• When required to comply with applicable laws or regulations.

8.2 Closure by the User

9 Limitation of Liability
